From animal records to milk yield, vaccination calendars to pregnancy tracking, finances to rations — the entire record of your herd in your pocket. It keeps working when the barn has no signal.
Start free — the full daily workflow for up to 5 animals. iOS is on the way.
Everything you keep in the barn notebook — and everything it can't. Each entry lands in that animal's own history and turns into reports and reminders.
Ear tag, breed, sex, birth date and a photo give every animal its own card. Status — milking, dry, pregnant, sick — is derived automatically.
Daily milking entries, with weekly and monthly yield trends per animal and across the herd. Spot the cow that's dropping off.
Exams, treatments, vaccines and parasite control. When a treatment needs a repeat, the follow-up task is created for you.
Insemination records, pregnancy test results, expected calving dates and a pregnancy calendar — with reminders for dry-off and calving.
Feed, medicine, vet visits, sales. Record every movement and see your monthly net balance and profitability on one screen.
Build rations from feed components, calculate nutrient values and log feeding against the herd.
The day's work in a list. Vaccine repeats, pregnancy checks and dry-off dates arrive as tasks on their own.
A family tree drawn from dam and sire links, live weight tracking with measurement history, and paddock management.
Herd analysis and profitability reports; export your records as CSV/Excel and hand them to your accountant.
No crowded spreadsheets — simple enough to use one-handed in the barn.
The wall is capacity, not features. Milk, health, pregnancy, finance and pedigree records are open on every plan — including the free one.

Subscriptions are billed yearly. Current prices are shown in the app's “Subscription & Plan” screen and are managed through your Google Play account. If you pass your limit, existing records are never deleted — only adding new animals stops.
Yes. Entries are written to your device first and sync to the cloud on their own once you're back online. Log the milking or the vaccination where you stand and carry on.
On Google Firebase infrastructure, tied to your account. Even if you lose your phone, your herd is there when you sign in again. Details in the privacy policy.
Yes. On the Professional and Enterprise plans you create an invite code and add members to your farm; everyone works on the same herd data. Up to 3 users on Professional and 10 on Enterprise.
You can do the whole daily workflow — milk, health, vaccination, pregnancy, finance and pedigree records are all open. The limit is 5 animals; automatic reminders, ration building and advanced reports unlock with the Family plan.
The iOS version is in development and not on the App Store yet. For now Otlak runs on Android phones and tablets.
From the subscriptions section of your Google Play account; the app's “Subscription & Plan” screen links to the same page. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period.
You can do it from inside the app; the steps are on the account deletion page.
No setup, no card. Download it, create your farm, add your first animal.
